        High Pressure!!!!

        I took my car to them for a tune up and a fuel filter change! They recommeded the filter change the last time the car was in there for an oil change. The salesman refused to do the repairs without doing a diagnostic that cost $99 and it would be on top of the other repairs that they would recommend! It seemed that they was just trying to get more money out of me just to run a diagnostic that would tell the the same thing I just told him I needed! I asked him again to just please do the tune up and the filter change and that all I need and want them to do. He then said " No,let's just do the diagnostic first." and began typing up the diagnostic on the computer not giving me a choice in the matter! I left angry and went up the street to one of their competitors and they gave me the tune up and changed the filter for less than they would have charged me! The filter was almost completely stopped up! My car is running better that it ever has! No, thanks to Firestone!
