        We loved the rental car! It was perfect for our needs. The mustang was the best so far of rentals from Enterprise. My husband said it was a big highlight of the trip to WV.

        I really enjoyed my rental experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car Knoxville. Every person was friendly, polite and eager to help. I really appreciated how the deposit was much lower than I had to pay at other Enterprise's in other states. I plan to use their services in the future.

        I would have to say that was one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. Rented for a week cause my car had transmission problems. Clean car real good customer care and the salesman was very nice to me. He took the car to the garage and washed it for me . I was returning it the following Monday and my car wasn't ready so I called and rented for another week. No problem with much courtesy it was done . I kept the car another week never a problem with the car . Upon returning the car I met with same courteous and professional staff as before very helpful and going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I personally would recommend this location to anyone that needs a clean car,at a good price, from a professional and competent team.
