GREEDY COMPANY.

GREEDY COMPANY. The BBB doesn't even accredit them, they have over 40 complaints. If that doesn't say enough, then whoever even thinks about joining courthsouth MUST check out it's reviews. This one reflects the rest. Not one single positive review. Ctsth is pathetic; not only are the facilities dirty and run down, but down right stinky; the management of this place will say anything to get you to sign a contract that has... read more only one purpose; to make you pay & pay & pay some more, (any issue that arises). Ctsth epitomizes the quote "Fraud is the daughter of greed". Make sure you want to spend time and money for headaches they create. If you move out of town and can't honor the contract they say they would let you out, you are in for a horrible ride. Don't believe a word they say. They literally called us liars, said our proof was not solid enough, even though we provided proof of chg of address and employment. It was self and family related, so therefore not valid. Who are they to determine where we work? They will do anything to bleed you dry. Because of their ethics and rudeness, home workouts are a far better choice, than to join and acknowledge them as a decent business. Ctsth is greedy, deceptive, & dirty. Honestly, can't think of one positive thing to say, except steer clear. It is puzzling how they operate using the procedures they do, and still stay in business. It was a great company before national fitness took over, then it went downhill and keeps going; at some point they will get what they deserve and hit rock bottom.
