Allstate Insurance: Terry Henley

Poor Organization. I have tried to update my address with them for 3 years now. In 2010 I signed up for Renter's insurance with them. In 2013 I bought a house and cancelled my Renters and got Home Insurance with them at a NEW address. I just called to cancel my home insurance with them and the women that answered - Just said OK It's done. When I thought that was odd, I asked her the dates of my policy and if they send refund checks. Which then lead me to ask her, WHERE? Don't you need my forwarding address?! They still had the wrong address (Previous renter's address on file yet I bought a new house and had home insurance with them... not comforting!) Not to mention that I needed to schedule my cancellation, but she didn't want to take the time to ask those type of questions. They will also send you numerous ads and calls to sign up with them for insurance you already have with them!! Annoying.

Terry Henley is a crook who takes advantage of his employees and clients. There are much better agents out there who are truthful and possess integrity and professionalism. Terry Henley isn't one of them! Take your policies somewhere else !
