I called Ryan after hours on a Sunday when I noticed the AC motor was running but the fan was not. He set my appt the next morning at 9 am. After finding the problem, going to get the parts and returning, he had me up and going right away. I was able to leave the house at 11:30 to run my errands. Ryan is a very nice gentleman, honest and knowledgeable. My daughter recommended him to us from having her own emergency years ago. Ryan is gaining family members.

Just got back from a long weekend to find our upstairs AC unit not working registering 91 degrees is the house. We changed batteries in thermostat and still not working like it should ,so a quick call (after 8 pm ) to Ryan and appointment made for next day. He came out diagnosed and had us up and running very quickly. Prices are very reasonable. I can not say enough good about him and this company. We have been with Ryan over 5 years and he has never disappointed us.

Ryan Gordon of All Hours Heat and Air has been a delightful professional to do our HVAC work. We first discovered him about 7 years ago when our air conditioner died on July 4 weekend when the local temps were near or over 100 degrees. I called him on a Saturday morning and he couldn’t come until Tuesday because of so many emergency calls. I booked him because no one else I knew of was available and he does not charge extra for nights, holidays or weekends! He was able to come on Monday, thank heaven, and he did a masterful job. The cost was comparable to the other companies’ usual weekday rate. He has continued to be our HVAC provider since. He was here today for our regular winter checkup and found that one of the parts to the electric heat module was not working. We have a heat pump and fortunately have not had a lot of cold weather yet but it has hit this week! Ryan had the necessary part with him and installed it. He saved us over $200 with his solution! I trust him completely and the fact that he is so pleasant, leaves the worksite clean and tidy, and combines great rates make him the only choice for us. He has also recommended professionals in other fields who have also been outstanding!

Ryan is as good as it gets. For starters, my HVAC system is complicated, given how it was built by the previous owner, so this wasn't an easy problem to solve. Ryan went through his checklist of trial and error and thought he had it figured out. When his initial solution didn't end up working, he worked around his busy schedule the very next day to come back out and fix the issue at no additional charge. He was professional, courteous, and fair on pricing. Not to mention he takes a very cerebral approach to this. He isn't above peer reviewing some of the more complicated HVAC cases to get the job done, and I appreciated that. I highly recommend All Hours and will definitely be giving Ryan my business in the future if/when problems arise.

I wish every service provider I dealt with was as good as Ryan. I will never use anyone else for Heat and Air. To say I recommend him highly, is an understatement.
