Usually their customer service is pleasant, but they require far too much of their shoppers. Their old-fashioned carts do not open out to the conveyor belt and there you are--moving groceries from cart to belt, pushing earth bags to the bagger, locating your savings card and if you need glasses to write your check---puleeze!!! They also need to get their produce up to standard, especially their bananas. When Publix moves in across the road, they are going to be in trouble. Their large volume business has been easy so far as there are few grocery stores in this immediate area. Where oh where is this fancy Magnum ice cream that they never have??? I have looked for it for over a month. They finally got in the standard chocolate bar, but they have never had the double caramel that is so good. Mr. Mills needs to come back from vacation and tend to his store.
i thought that the store was verry well aranged and i was able to find exactly what i needed and the employees where happy to assitst me when i needed them and the delli workers well realy nice and helpful over all i will definatly continue to choose there location for all of my future grocery needs. I think this place is good. Love the sales they have on certain items. Also the young cashier is really nice to me. Puts a smile on my face every time I see him.
