I think that the staff definitely needs to work on their friendliness (on the phone as well as at the office), if you need a good quality car with in-house financing (even with severe credit issues), I can only but recommend them! The interest rate is gonna be a bit higher (or extremely high as in my case), but I have a very good and reliable car, the staff has always been willing to help me in a professional manner. The cars also are reasonably priced (well within or under Blue Book Retail Value). If they can work on their friendliness overall, and i mean sales people at the car lots, as well as the vantage finance people at the office, they could not be beat! Overall I give them 4 stars with the hope they read this and with a slight little chance even try to make me (and all others) a happier customer.
I must say that my experience with Knoxville's MetLife Office (Garrett & Jay) was top notch. Did I save money? Of course! The best value was the quality of insurance I was able to obtain through an agent I can comfortably feel good about. Great service, great attitude, great rates, great experience. PS - Good thought on combining all of MetLife's insurance products into one office! Everyone DOES have at least one good idea! :)
I finally made the switch from the 1-800 number insurance company and I'll never go back! I got Garrett's number from one of his current client's and called him for a quote. He was exceptionally friendly and got the job done quickly! A few weeks after I signed all the papers, I received a Thank-You card from him showing his gratitude for my business. It truly is the small things that count and I'll recommend anyone to Garrett Hill!
