From the moment my husband and I walked into Lance Cunningham Ford until the time we walked out we had an exceptional experience. We were immediately greeted by the receptionist; she asked if she could assist we informed her we were there to meet with Aaron Sharp as we had scheduled a test drive with him. Within no time Mr. Sharp was up at the desk and ready to assist. Mr. Sharp was extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy going – which are all things I appreciate. He was very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. The test drive, the initial paperwork, and the time with the finance area could not have gone better. While we dealt with Mr. Sharp and Travis Christensen directly even the employees that we interacted with indirectly were incomparable. My husband and I had been to other local dealerships and were disgusted by the lack of professionalism and consideration received. I can truly say it was refreshing to walk into a place that were willing to earn our business and did not act like it was owed to them. We will definitely be back for future purchases and would highly recommend others to do the same.
First I almost NEVER would give Exceptional and a rating! Now that's out of the way.... Mr. Hamilton took time to hear me out, instead of just rushing me and pointing me a direction that I really didn't want to go or be in! I have been to your dealership before and that time it was also Mr. Hamilton that had helped me too. I have seen while at you dealership that you have a number of salesmen and I would be lying if I said they are all like Mr. Hamilton... some just don't seem as friendly, easy going or non-"pushy". I know its a salesman's job to "make" a sale but I first talked to Mr. Hamilton back in late 2012 / early 2013 and I came back because HE gave me such good service the first time! I do have to say that Mr. Hamilton had to please one of his other customers and Mr. Sizemore finished completing the transaction with me. I hope to see Mr. Hamilton there for my future purchases! Another quick lube place told me that the reason my dashboard alert came on, about my tires not having equal pressure , was probably due to my spare tire needing more air. The next time I needed an oil change, I decided to swing by National Auto Parts & Auto Service instead of the quick lube place, because that light kept coming on. The folks at National Auto were knowledgeable and honest... They checked my tires for leaks, filled the tires with proper amount of air and changed my oil for only $29, and it didn't take any longer than at the quick lube place. They even checked my brake pads when they checked my tire pressure and told me that my brakes looked good and that the brake pads still have about 40% more life in them. (If they had told me it was time to change my brake pads, I'd have believed them, because I'm tough on brakes, and my car is almost 3 years old, and I haven't changed the brake pads yet!) It's nice when you can find an affordable, knowledgeable, and honest auto service place you can trust.
