This business has recently changed management and is very good about addressing any needs of the renters. The storage units are clean and there are security cameras all around the location to prevent any suspicious activity or anybody who may be trying to break into the units. Also there has been some landscaping done recently which really tidied up the place.

I would never allow a friend to rent a unit from this business. They have been completely unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to cooperate with me. I recently tried to obtain my items from my unit (I have paid rent on time every month for three years) so I could move them with the items from my house. Unfortunately, the unit had been broken into in January and still had no "new lock" and my code had been cleared from the gate. Management has yet to let me into my unit, nor give me a code to access my unit. This is the type of management you will deal with at this business and the management I am still dealing with. There are many other storage companies in Klamath Falls; it is in your best interest to choose one of the others.
