It has been 3 weeks that i have been to this post office cause i have a new home and i need a key for the mail box i was told that the mail carrier will drop the key under my door mat in 7-10 days from the day i went and fill out the form with my new address and i went last saturday cause it has been 3 weeks and still there were no where those keys was found so they did another 2 request. Up to now i don't have no keys.

Horrible service, had my stuff delivered elsewhere and felt like they did not care. Really needed that package by today. Thanks USPS, you guys suck.

My regular carrier is FANTASTIC. I ship a lot of packages and he is very conscientious and follows all the rules. Completely different story when get another carrier. Scheduled porch pickups not made, misdelivered mail, etc. And PO NEVER EVER answers the phone. Never had any issues with staff when gone in to the PO. Overworked, but trying their best.

The line was long, but moved very quickly. A lot of times people fail to read signs for instructions on how to do things or where to drop packages off & pick up packages. A little common sense would go a long way. Thank you USPS for dealing with our fellow citizens in such a professional manner.

Had a lengthy ten day estimated time period for my package to get here, when it got to this offoce four more days were added! When my package is on my city it takes four more days to get to me? Horrible service

absolutely horrible service. I was home all day, walked out to get my mail and a slip fell out of the door. No knock, no doorbell ring. The guy who answered the phone at the local office was a complete jerk and basically called me a liar. After having to call the national office, the package was redelivered. Not only this, but they delivered a package for someone else to me the same day. HOOOOORRIBLE
