Nail & Spa Lovers

This was the first and last time I went to lovers Nails with BRIAN. I had an appointment and arrived right on time. When I sat in Brian’s chair he asked me to show him a picture of the design I wanted I told him I didn’t have an exact design in mind but I had an idea and I showed him a picture he Took a deep breath and he seemed annoyed/bothered That I didn’t have an exact design in mind and when I spoke with him about ideas he was visibly bothered and was not helpful in any way.

After coming up with the full set design I wanted he started doing my nail and after he put acrylic on the first nail I asked him to do the second nail with less glitter because I wanted a more natural look.. when I said this he looked at me and told me this is the glitter you chose and told me that’s the only way he can do it.

After he finished the second nail and I realized he was unable to do the design how I wanted it I kindly told him I was sorry but that the glitter was still too dense looking and if it was OK with him to finish my full set with clear acrylic. He then stopped doing my nails and told me he will not be finishing my Full set clear or with gel because he feels like he won’t satisfy me as a customer. I asked him why and what was the issue and he told me he will be removing my nails and I can go elsewhere. What he did was absolutely unnecessary and inconsiderate. I still cannot understand what was the problem and why he abruptly told me to leave and refused service.

I left mortified, embarrassed, and felt the need to leave this review for anyone out there who is looking for good customer service and a nail tech that is passionate about their job, this is NOT it! I am a respectful, hard working single mom Who took time away from her kids and job to pamper herself for the first time in months and this was such an evil thing to do, i left in tears. All in all HORRIFIC customer service!
