El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant

I have been going to this rest for mire than 2 years.. I literraly always ask x the texas nachos.... always fine except last Friday... There were no meat on the nachos. I ask for the manager Abdel... and he said that the nachos were like that and the meat was scattered .... he said he can not do anything about that!! 😳... I ask him really??? and with a sarcastic smile he said... yes! It is what is it.... what kind of service is that??? If that happened in another restaurant Im pretty sure they will do something to satisfy the costumer... instead... he lost me as a costumer.... I complain by email but I guess no one care about customers services... good luck...,with that kind of actitud and services your rest wont last forever!!
