Central Florida Power Equipment

I have shopped at this location a handful of times. Every time I have been, I have been greeted by an unfriendly woman sitting at a desk behind the counter. The first time I thought, maybe she's having a bad day. Every time after that instance has been the same thing. She never gets up from her desk to ask what you need, and when you tell her what your business is there, she acts as if she is too busy to help, or something and really makes you feel like taking your business somewhere else! The gentleman that seems to be the mechanic in the business isn't much better. He sits by and let's her do the talking. Then when he finds out what you need, he just gets it's and rings you up without a word. On top of it all, the part they sold me wasn't even what I needed. (I took the part I needed in with me so there was NO confusion). With their bad customer service, I don't know how they stay in business!



I will never do business there again! There is a Tractor Supply Co. just a little further down the road.
