Bvl Family Dental Center

I am absolutely in love with this dentist office. I feel so comfortable and well taken care of. They are professional and totally human and kind. The entire staff is beyond wonderful. Highly recommended the best here in Kissimmee Fl 34744

On 5/14/2010 I realized that I had a cavity and decided to make an E.R visit to a local dentist. Since it was a Friday it was hard to find any one that would see me. Well I called the BVL Family Dental Center in Kissimmee the receptionist assured me that I could be seen and treated that same afternoon. Well I arrived and the staff was very nice and helpful. However, after been taken in for x-rays D.D.S Shamim Khan walked in and said “she had to leave and I would need to come next week”. I was stunned. Then I walked to the lobby and was asked for payment. I originally asked “why should I pay, I was told that I would be treated and now I am being told that I have to come next week”. The receptionist said “we will deduct the $90.00 exam fee from your visit next week. I thought to myself “why in the world would I ever come back to a facility that operates in such a disorganized manner”. Then she said that the fee included my x-rays. I then proceed to give her my debit card and paid the $90 dollars. My next move was to ask for my x-rays so I could find another dentist and hopefully avoid paying for a 2nd set of x-rays. The receptionist then refused to give me x-rays. I was beyond upset however, on my way home I saw another dentist office (Grace Dental # 407- 851-4588) that was open and after I told them what happened they took me in as walk-in. They fixed my cavity and I was satisfied with my results. I conclusion, I would never again the use BVL Family Dental Center in Kissimmee. Since then I have also used Star base Dental #407- 532-0192‎ and I loved them.
