Bought a 2007 X5 bmw in july 2015 the worst i ever experienced. The car was junk constantly had problems the day I drove off the lot. They would not repair anything. Bad rotors. Ball joints. The raditor was leaking. Bad drive axle. This car was junk. I finally returned the car to them and told them why. Over 4500 of repairs need to be done. I DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY. Would you believe they immediately put the 2007 bmw x5 back on the lot with all these repairs. Did not fix anything !!!! Beware of buying from them they are selling bad cars !!!!

I would highly encourage anyone to not purchase a car from this business based on the fact they are not a business that acts in good faith. I intended to purchase a vehicle it had an issue that was more than apparent making you wonder why was the car on the lot like that in the first place. It triggers thoughts in your mind such as to what extent if it all they inspect these cars; I have been to car auctions and rarely is a car bought there that is perfect, so it seems as they sell these vehicles straight from the auction. An amount of funds was put down to fix the car and they were unable to do this in a timely and effective manner, and the risk of doing business with them was too great to lose a great amount of funds. The foundation or core values of the business seem to be nonexistent and their ethics can certainly be questioned. This is the risk that is taken when doing business with dealerships such as these that don't have a brand name and standards that they have to abide by. You have to remember that they are not in the business of helping people, but instead in the business of making a profit at any cost this is just disguised with clever tactics such as not having a dealer fee and their rhetoric of being able to get you in the car you would like.

This is the second car I have purchased from Auto Market of Florida. I recently was in a wreck and hit broadside. My car was totaled. I work full time and needed a car ASAP. I decided to go back because of the excellent service I received. When I got in and sat down in the one I finally bought, I fell in love with this vehicle. Thank you all for making my search for a new car so pleasant. I tell everyone I know to go to Auto Market of Florida first!

Came in looking for a buy here pay here. I was told at other places that they couldnt finance me because of my credit. The finance manager David explained to me that he could do a buy here pay here, but wanted to make sure that he couldn't get me a better approval through a regular financial institution. To make the story short, I ended up walking out with a 7.5%, 0 down payment and payments of $250 for a 2011 Kia Sorrento. Very happy to say the least. Thanks Automarket!!!

My daughter purchased her vehicle here, and when my wife came with her she fell in love with a 2011 Ford Mustang. I was able to get the financing I was looking for and drove away with the vehicle today. Great place, great people, overall great dealership

This is a shadiest dealership I've ever heard of. My daughter purchased a vehicle from them and MANY safety issues arose with the vehicle immediately. In fact, when my daughter called to inform the dealership that the coolant light was on, the dealership told her it was supposed to be on. I believe a 10 year old can determine that a check coolant light only comes on when there is a problem. There are so many issues there is not enough space to type them all.

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK AUTO MARKET FOR REALLY GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. I UNDERSTAND THAT IT TOOK A LOT OF WORK TO GET IN GOOD SHAPE AND ALWAYS DID IT IN GOOD SPIRITS. IT WAS A LENGTHY PROCESS BUT EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED AND APPRECIATED THE PATIENCE THEY HAD WITH ME.

I CAME TO AUTO MARKET "NEEDING" A CAR WAS NOT VERY SURE I WOULD TRULY GET ONE HOWEVER, I WAS APPROACHED BY JIMMY A VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD SALES MAN. I TOLD HIM OF THE CARS I SAW ONLINE THAT SPARKED MY INTEREST AND I CHOSE THE CAMRY. THEN HE INTRODUCED ME TO ARMANDO THE SALES MANAGER WHO IS TRULY A VERY NO NONSENSE MANAGER. "BUT" THE EXPERIENCE WITH HIM MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE IN MY PURCHASE. I WILL RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY THEIR VEHICLE WITH AUTO MARKET OF FLORIDA BECAUSE THEY DO CAR SALES THE WAY CARS SHOULD BE SOLD.

I literally went to every dealership in Orlando and nobody could finance me for any vehicle. All they told me I was approved for was junk. Then I decided to keep researching and I came across Auto Market, they had a 2008 Toyota Camry for sale. From the beginning I could tell this dealership was different from the rest that I had visited. they had lots of pictures online, even a video of the vehicle. I decided to give them a call and the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable, he gave me all the details about the car and told me that they could approve me no matter my credit credit history. I came in and to my surprise they were able to finance me for that car. Needless to say, I'm very happy and wish I would saved all that time in other dealerships and just came to Auto market.

this place sucks, they had me lie to the finance company about the money down and the car missing stuff. after i purchased it i would open the passenger door the window would go down i would try to close the window it wouldnt unless the door was closed, the mechanic there said it was normal (bullcrap). 2 weeks after the purchase the motor was making noise, the mechanic said the motor was blown they called me and said i blew the motor. they wanted me to pay them to fix and i only owned for 2 weeks really try that (crap) with somebody else. with this experience i would never again buy from a place like this. this people suck i hope they read this. they should close this dealer for being thieves and there mechanics suck too

Go to a real dealer to buy a car. All they want is your money. They do not care about their customers. Everybody their is rude, nasty and no manners. Take your down payment and sell you junk.

This place is a joke. They rip people off. Don't waste your time. They sell you junk.

WORST EXPERIENCE! Would NEVER buy a CAR from this place. I brought a car from them and 2 to 3 weeks of having it the motor blew. I contacted them and they wanted me to pay $1500 to get a new motor. They do not communicate with you. You have to stay on their asses to get things done. Had to give $1500 down cash plus $700 more was going to be withdraw in 30 days. They told us not to tell the finance company the motor was bad and not to tell them they did not get all the deposit because they would not finance me. They steal your money... Don't buy a car from them. They sell JUNK.....Be aware.....
