I took my 2010 Ford focus to All Transmission World in Kissimmee,FL. I was waited on my Joe M. Which is the manager of this location. Joe was very kind when we spoke on the phone. Being a women I am not very good at idenifying the issues with my vehicle. Joe kindly offered to have my vehicle towed free of charge to his shop to avoid further damage to the vehicle when we arrived at the shop I asked him if it would be possible that we take a ride so I could specifically show him the noises I had been hearing. After accompanying me on a drive to hear the noises how was confident that he knew what was wrong with my car. As date would have it my husband was stuck at work an could not get to me to bring me home Joe offered to give me a ride all the way back to my house. The next day my husband came In an spoke with joe about the price which was beyond reasonable for the kind of work that needed to be done, my husband requested to see what was wrong with the car an joe gladly showed him. Joe is a very nice an honest man. When it was all said an done it wound up being a little less expensive then the original estimate. I stand behind Joe at All Transmission world 100%. Im not sure of the other branches they have but this one is great!Joe also made me and my husband aware of the lifetime warranty that they offer an we purchased that as well. HOLD EVERYTHING! Drove up to Orlando from Miami with my family for a weekend of holiday fun, But it was spoiled early by an alternator that decided to quit on me at the wrong “Frekin” time. I was so upset at the situation but accepted the fact that it can happen to any car at any time. Luckily my van died as I was coasting its last into the parking lot, went inside to explain to the situation to Charles. He then compassionately understood I was stranded coming from Miami, and when he saw I was not lying about being there on a weekend trip with mom, wife, and my 2yr old daughter, He proceeded to inform his staff to drop what they were doing and put my van in the bay to replace that “Quitting” alternator. I am so absolutely grateful for that generous, kind, and caring way we were taken care of. Also his staff of technicians. Old World style care, friendly, informative, respectful, can I say Carlos and his other co associate were amazing , so nice, “ Gracias Elmanito”. We had sent out numerous Internet pricing requests to multiple dealer ships in our search for a car. They were they first to respond (some never did respond). Also, they were the only to promptly reply to my multiple email inquiries. On Saturday morning we began our search for a car and started here. After that we visited other dealers here in the area. Our experience at these other dealer ships with the sales personnel was mostly negative and unpleasant. The high pressure tacticsand know it all attitudes some of the sale people used on us was unbelievable. At the end of the day we were beat and worn out (shopping for a car is very trying). We reflected back on our experience and we both agreed that if we were going to buy a car it would be here because of how we were treated on our initial visit. The support and no pressure negotiation process was fantastic! They were a real pleasure to work with and we are going to let all our friends and co-workers who are in the market for a car know about it.
