Century 21

I'm not certain about other agents in this office, but Susan Chidester should be avoided.
We had to work with her since the buyers chose her to sell their home and purchase ours. (We used ReMax and Megan Roof)
Susan clearly cannot read contracts or agreements as we found out later from the buyers that she continuously gave them incorrect information and nearly lost the sale for us.
We also found out that she told the buyers that we couldn't be at the closing because we thought we were " too good to be in the same room with them". (We signed papers and left since we both had to return to work and the buyers couldn't meet at the same time.)
It's fortunate that the buyer called our agent (Megan Roof, ReMax) to clarify the misinformation that continued to come from Susan Chidester.
The buyer commented to us that they were very upset with us until our agent straightened out everything.
Please avoid Susan Chidester at this agency at all costs!
