  that my appointment was at 4:00 i went…

  that my appointment was at 4:00 i went there at 4:00 and i had to wait for about 2hrs.then some people came in and they took them instead of us .we didnt take our pictures that day me and my family went to walmart to take them . i waisted 4 hrs of my day propbly more.
