Our dentist out of town. Wife in pain. Office took info, informed us they contacted our ins, office was in our network, cost would be $551.40 (did not ask for a estimated cost like 500/525/550. They had supposedly cleared all this with our ins) Might be a little more if extra work done they said. We paid full amount up front! Then we get bill for $334.90. OOOps too bad, they were not in our ins but it's all on us for their error. Office manager even said she was out during the time of service but IT WAS ALL ON US!!! This felt more like a scam on someone in bad pain than a service by a professional organization!!!
