Cook's Medical Care

Do not accept these swindlers as a medical supplier. The social worker at the facility my husband was released from ordered a hospital bed from Cooks for us. Since it was Friday, they said it will be delivered on Saturday. It was a long Saturday. I was given the run around all day long. I spoke to their answering service 4 times that day. She said they will call me back. Four hours went by and 2 more phone calls. When the driver called me he said he knew nothing about it. I told them if its not delivered today to cancel my order and I will get it somewhere else. He called me back and said he will be at my home in half an hour. Now I suppose it is a nice bed. But, my insurance is paying full price for this bed and I feel it should be a new one. I looked up the model # and this bed was manufacture in 2006. Hmmm. I will be red flagging this all over. Insurance companies really don't like the word fraud. Don't worry. I will be posting here when I find out more on Monday. I'm not in the mood to let this one slide. Too many reputable Medical supply companies out there and too many should not be in business AT ALL.
