Do Your Pup A Favor..go Elsewhere!

Horrible grooming service! Couldn't clip my friendly dogs nails or dry him! Charged full price also! Picked up a wet, shedding dog. Looked like they hosed him down and left him be. Love my dog too much to ever bring him back! Find a real professional. This isn't it!

The employees do not seem to know what they are talking about and when asked questions they make you feel stupid for asking. They tell you product is coming in and weeks later it is still not in. My family and I bought a pet from them that was sick from the day we got him and after numerous vet visits we had to have him put to sleep. Overall our experience there has not been positive and we no longer shop there.

Horrible Grooming

We took our Soft Coated Wheaten to be groomed here, and they obviously didn't know how to groom her. Wheaten's are known for their beard, and "fall" (which is the part of the hair on their head that falls between their eyes) We asked that they not cut off the fall, and the groomer said ok. Worst service EVER!!!

This is the worst retail outlet on earth. I have never been in a place that, despite having 5-10 sales associates standing around, they will NOT open another line to help check people out. So even if you have ten people in front of you, they don't open another line and the people working the check-out counters are slow as molasses.
