Bradford Place Apartments

Bradford Place is a nice clean safe place to stay for travelers that are there for an extended time. My husband loved it there as it was close to shopping, places to eat, recreation, and Eastman Chemical where he worked on their boilers.

It was all inclusive with once a week cleaning if it is wanted, clean linen, cable, and wifi! It is well kept and management very professional. The price is very affordable!

I stayed there a lot with him and was never afraid when I was alone. Norma Jean and Juanita were great and we still correspond from time to time. Made some great friends! And, everybody we met in Kingsport were kind and very friendly to us and we would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

We had the pleasure of staying here from April 6, 2015 til Dec 2015. The property manager and her family are great people to rent from, they offer light housekeeping if you want it, and always spoke to us every time they saw us.

My husband works nights, and I was never afraid there at night by myself.

They took care of anything we asked for or needed ASAP. I would highly recommend staying here! As a matter of fact, I called her last week during the snowstorm in case our power went out to see if we could stay there and her answer was immediately YES!!

I love this place!! We had the pleasure of living at Bradford Suites for a year while working in Tennessee. We always felt safe, the place is immaculate and the staff Juanita, Norma, and Brittney go out of there way to make you comfortable.
