        In my line of work I have deal...

        In my line of work I have dealt with several different funeral homes. Hamlett-Dobson is my least favorite. When I had to use a funeral home for my own family, I decided upon HD because of their reputation. I felt very quickly I had made a mistake. They first off assumed my financial situation and tried to "sell" a top of the line funeral to me, secondly constant errors were made from telling me they were sorry that my dad had died when in fact it was my mother...to several errors in the obituary and memorial folder. I felt as though I was being "had" the entire time. I did not have a good feeling about any of it. There are some shady things going on there, I'm just not sure what they are. I can however be sure I will never use them again. Extremely unorganized, chaotic, unsympathetic, payment pushers.
