        Overall

        Wow wow wow! This is bad business at its worst. Did not return phone calls, haughty and arrogant when I did get ahold of them. Diane is inept and rude, Jim himself is just extremely arrogant. It took great effort just to get them to *let me see a house*--don't use these people as your property managers! And certainly don't rent from them!
