Avalon Flooring

We went to Avalon Flooring to purchase kitchen and bath tile backsplash. We wandered around overwhelmed by choices. Betsy came up to us and offered her help. She was professional and knowledgeable of the tile options. We asked for her opinion and she actually gave her opinion. So often sales people will say "it's really your choice" We know it is our choice but we asked for your opinion. The only downside to our visit was a store associate who came up to her 3 times to tell her "when you're done with these people, there is a couple waiting for you to help them". Betsy, however, remained professional even with this interruption. Our visit resulted in tile choices that we are very happy with!
