        A Friendly and Helpful Staff. I send Media Mail ,they always get my packages out quickly. They Always answer my questions and give helpful packaging suggestions .

        So I just called the Kimberly, WI Post office to ask them a simple question about my change of address and the lady was rude...she answered my question and then just hung up on me...no bye or thanks for calling or anything... WHAT THE CRAP...come on guys lets use a little customer service etiquette...always, ALWAYS, use your manners starting and ending a conversation on the phone...lol
