I've been back & forth with this company for 1 1/2 weeks. I'm an AHS customer and was forced to use Protex when my oven's fan broke; the oven won't operate. I had to call them to get an appointment set 2 days later. The repairman came out, did nothing other than look at the oven, turn it on & open the door. I told him of the error code, & what I'd found out it was after a google search, things I told the receptionist who took my initial call. I paid him $125 in cash. 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my oven to be fixed. He ordered the wrong part, which I told him he was doing. The company sent out 2 service techs (1 was extremely rude) who failed to fix my oven- due to having the wrong part. I contacted AHS & Protex to find out what's going on with my part & was given the run around. The owner, Tasha, told me that she's going to have it here by Friday & make me a priority & she understood I've a company of soldiers coming for Thanksgiving who are getting ready to deploy, as well as the fact that I'm a mom with children, I use my oven every day. She told me she'd take care of me. I didn't hear from the company on Fri. I call & see if the part had been delivered. A female said deliveries typically come after 4, if it came she'd put me on the schedule for the next day;with no intention of doing so, because I never got a call & didn't get any info until I called AHS to complain. They had received the part & wanted to schedule a repair for TUES. I hung up with AHS & called Protex to complain. Tasha said they, "Have many customers who are upset & they're a priority." She tried to correct it saying, "They're upset with other companies." I said, "Your priority should be to the customers whom YOU have upset first." I was getting nowhere & realized, no matter how wrong they are, they're going to blow me off, I confirmed the NEW time of tues between 3-5pm & told her I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. I'm disgusted with the customer service they are not providing.
