I have been a tenant for 2 years, I have not had a single problem! I love that anytime that I go to the office, what ever the case may be, they are always super helpful and accommodating! Anytime I need to place a work order, they are always super quick to get it taken care of! I plan on renting from Lone Star Realty for a long time! Anyone that has anything negative to say, most likely aren't telling the whole truth because I have experienced nothing less that perfect professionalism!

Extremely weak leadership. The staff is the only reason this business can stay afloat. Check out the google reviews and BBB. They've deleted their Facebook page just to create another one that can't receive reviews. Seriously do research before going with Lone Star Realty for your property management. No doubt the worst property management company I have ever worked with.

From past experience with other management company's, Lone Star Realty is far the best in the community.

These people are crooks! They find ever excuse to keep your deposit once you move out. If you rent from them, I do NOT recommend cleaning anything, or paying to have anything cleaned. Upon moving out, I had the whole house professionally cleaned, carpet cleaned etc. Somehow the receipts I provided "mysteriously disappeared". So I was charged again for cleaning and carpet cleaning. I wasted my money! These people are the worst of the worst to rent from. I had a bad feeling from them almost immediately after I signed my lease. Thank god I no longer rent from these clowns.

We have been away from our property for over 10 years but not once have to had to worry about the maintenance, inspections, and all the other things the come along with rental property. Lone Star Realty is an awesome rental and property company who takes care of all of there tenants .

Lone Star is a management company that is sort of stand offish in that it is hard to get info on the local rules and ordnance's when your new to the area. I have good and bad experiences with getting repairs done. I am still waiting to get work that needs to be done, I submitted a work request almost a year ago. I was recently told that I needed to resubmit the list that I sent in a year ago. This would not be a problem if I had access to the request that I had filed, but no such luck as I have no way to pull this info up. apparently the office dose not keep the submitted requests. I recently called in on electrical issue and was told I need to submit a work request before they would put it into the system before they would even talk about the problem. I feel that when some one calls in to report an electrical or a water/sewer problem would be addressed with at least a show of concern. I have never been in a rental situation where there is a 3 day late period, which was not explained .

Wonderful! I have had my property managed through them for going on 5 years and I have had the best tenants! Additionally, my house has never sat empty and the semi-annual inspections provide a wonderful peace of mind.

Lone Star is a good property management company. They kept my house rented and in good shape the entire time.

I'm always informed whenever transactions take place and they do a great job keeping me up to date with everything and let me make the final decisions when required. Their reports are always on time and they provide expert advice – using them has led to a very successful rental property in Kileen.
