The first time I tried Black Meg's was from the one in Cove. I was very impressed. Tried this one and now it's like every time I go back the quality isn't as good. The bag used to be full of fries that were just made and perfectly seasoned and the burger piping hot sloppy delish! Today I sit looking at my half filled barely seasoned well done fries and over onioned somewhat warm burger. Think I will be taking a break from them for awhile. The one in Heights is the WORST! I go all the way to Rancier even though I live within two minutes of the heights one. Seems like all the cen tex food chains are not up to par but for $5 what can I say. Oh also this location is EXTREMELY ghetto. Employees carrying on their own conversations with each other and VERY loud! The longest I've waited was 15 minutes and it wasn't from a lunch crowd.
1. Casa Ole'
Use to be our go to for Mexican food. Chips and salsa were great until we got to bottom of bowl and found a fried roach!! Told manager and she played it off as a burnt chip. Burned chips don't have legs! Was not comped like she said we would be. Will not be going back.
One of the Best Mexican food restaurants around. You don't go there for the atomosphere, just a converted old house downtown, but they know how to cook. Low prices and friendly people. This is what Tex-Mex is supposed to be.

Food was good eventhough I ordered steak and not chicken quesadilla. The waitress did not refill any of our drinks which happened to just be water. Our party asked for several things that never appeared. Would I go back? Yes, but they would be on notice.
