The place is in the process of...

The place is in the process of renovation so be prepare to accept the outcome. The hot-tub need update and kitchen appliances are too. Stayed there 4 days and was never greeted by the other staffs besides the front desk rep. Checked in and already have issues with the TV. Carpet smell like urines. Was told that the pool was heated, not! Hot-tub look like 2o years old, appliances was from the early 60's. Front-dest promised one night adjustment, not !
