State of Texas

My husband got a ticket because they hide the speed limit signs. They should have one at each entrance to the intrastate, but they don't he was behind another person and we was passing a car car and we got the ticket i don't like your state any more. Also we hit a tread of a truck on the houston interstate and tore up the bottom of our car. Who do we get to fix that? I may never go through texas again Have a nice day
