Shaper's Salon

I first met Karen of Shaper's Salon about 18 years ago. I had long curly hair. It was very unruly and I was terrified about letting anyone try to tame it. I had moved here from another state and had no choice but to find a new hairdresser. Well to make a long story very short, after 18 years Karen knows my hair and makes me look young and beautiful every time. We are now very good friends. She is a "God send" in so many ways. She ALWAYS pleases her clients. Go meet this wonderful hairstylist and amazing lady, you will have her for life with 0 regrets.

PS No she did not pay me to say all this. Every word is truth and every visit is wonderful.

I first met Karen in February 2008 as I was looking for a stylist to do my hair for my up coming wedding in March. Karen rocked it out of the park she helped get my hair healthy and shine and looking wonderful by my wedding. I have continued to go to Karen ever since. She has become a great friend to me and I love her work. She is wonderful with my daughter and has wonderful skills all around. Her color skills are wonderful, the color last for a long time which makes life easier for me. I enjoy the salon's atmosphere as it is relaxing quite and peaceful, which is what is needed for getting away and pampering oneself. Karen thnk for the years we have had and for the ones to come.

Best perm in town. Karen takes the time to do a really good job. I usually have to restyle my hair soon as I get home. Never have to do this with her. I'm very pleased!

He has done an excellent job with perming and coloring my hair it turned out fabulous!! I will be going back to him in the future for all my hair care needs!!

I moved to this area from another state where I went to the same salon for about 15 years. It's always hard to make changes when you were so happy with the old salon but having moved 7 hours away, there was no other option. I tried a few salons and just wasn't happy. The moment I walked into this salon I knew I had found my new salon!! I couldn't have been any happier with my cut or color. Karen is just a wonderful person who is honest and open. I made my next appointment before I left the salon because I found the perfect place for many years to come.

I live in brown summit and drive to shapers salon in kernersville just to have Karen do my coloring and cuts.Have been going there for about 6 years now.She is the best.just yesterday was playing beauty shop on my own hair,boy what a mistake.So I called Karen,she came in to work early for me to fix my coloring.THANKS KAREN.When I left I was very happy with my hair and for a great lady to have as a friend indeed.She said I couldnt play beauty shop anymore,lol....She is wonderful.Have a lady who knows what she is doing and a great friend.wouldnt go anywhere else.thanks again for your great work.

I have been a patron of Shapers Salon for many years. I wouldn't fathom someone else touching my hair. I love the work Denise does when coloring, cutting or simply styling my hair. They are so friendly and welcoming anytime I go there. I would recommend this salon to any person needing these services.

Karen is Fantastic!!!

She took the time to find the right hair color that would compliment my skin tone and eye color. I absolutely love the new me! She is very friendly and gets to know her clients on a personal level, this kind of personal customer service shows that Karen actually cares about her clients. Karen is a friend for life!

Karen does a great job with coloring. She is very knowlagable about coloring and hair texture and is very good about giving you some tips about how to use her products to help maintain your look.

I live in Winston-Salem but am happy to drive to Shaper's Salon in Kernersville because of the magic that Karen does with hair. Her knowledge of color and her taste and design of hair styles keeps me coming back! It's a warm and friendly place; Karen's expertise and knowledge is very impressive; and the price can't be beat!

The first time Karen did my daughters hair and my own we talked for hours. Finding out we are both from the same area and love the same foods ( spaghetti and meatballs ). Now going to get a haircut and color is also a nice time chatting with a new friend. Every time I go there I love the new me and it gets better each time, plus the prices are fair! Love it!

Karen is a wonderful stylist, and she has a real talent for helping you find the perfect hair color for you!

I have a very figity(sp) 3 year old and since her first hair cut Karen is the only one she will go see. No matter what my daughter puts in her mind she always leaves Karen with a smile and a lollypop. I have tried to take her elsewhere in a bind and she will throw a fit. Karen, the owner of Shapers is a fantastic beautician! Her expertise with hair color and the right style is exceptional! I have had the pleasure of visiting her salon numerous times and I am totaly amazed at the miracles she provides for her customers. Always attentive to your concerns and ready to give you that special style. I have been to pricier salons but none that have provided the satisfaction that Karen always delivers.
