Elizabeth's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

Hello, Yesterday (1/05/13) I submitted a review on Elizabeths Pizza in Kernersville. I thought about my review and felt it was unjust, ad that I carelessly blasted my recent experience. As I mentioned in my 1/05/13 review I seldomly went there do to geographic reasons. The times I did frequent, I felt satisfied as a customer and fullfuled. I did feal on my last visit dissatisfied of the two pizzas I purchased, I should of realayed that to the owner v's hiding behind my computer. They seem they would welcome my comments, and concerns with the professionalism they run there establishment. Every business has challnging moments especilly during a peek time. Oven maagement is a challenge i'm sure so my recent review was not fare. Basically I learned to think of the whole picture prior to making a snap review. Best of luck, and Happy New Year. I changed my review stars from an undeserving 1 to a 4 based on "all" my Elizabeths experiences.

I first ate at Elizabeths about three years ago off a recommendation. I thought it was good pizza and good subs. I am originally from PA and eat pizza religiously. I would say I got there and grabbed something once every two months. Blue Naples on Unioin Cross was always my place to get my pizza / hoagie fix because it was close to my house. Well we moved to a new home a little while ago (Kernersville) and geographically Elizabeths is now closer. My wife and I joked saying Blue Naples is way out of the way now. She said Elizabeths is now or place and I was ok with that. After our dinner from there the other night I had to bring this up. Two large pies with a drop of sauce, dried up toppings, and overcooked. You guys have like twenty people behind the counter with some of the family trade. Right?? A lot of new faces have popped up lately. Basically qaulity control needs to be addressed, and executed. So sorry for cheating on you Blue Naples. Im coming back and I learned my lesson. I do recommend the cheese steak at Eelizabeths tho. If its the same as it was last year...

Called and asked what time they closed and they said 10.....Was right around the corner and called to place an order 10 mins before closing and guess what...."Sorry we cannot make an orders anymore"Wait I thought u said u closed at 10????Guess they must not want the business....its a shame how lazy employees are and how little businesses these days actually want to service their customers and actually want to provide a service to a willing paying customer....I will be avoiding doing business with them in the future for lying and wasting my time....

The 8 person party I went to Elizabeth's with was very well accommodated. Just about everyone had something different. I ordered a large pepperoni and it was the best pizza I have ever had in Kernersville. I tried a friend's stromboli, some mozzarella sticks, a philly cheesesteak, a calzone, and even a few fries. It was all great. A couple of previous reviews may be inaccurate since it is kind of hard to get service when you sit down and don't order anything. You have to go up front and order, otherwise, they probably won't realize that you're sitting there since they stay fairly busy and don't have a hostess. That may be the reason that person didn't get a "greeting" or someone rushing out to immediately take your order. Little Vito's and what used to be the Brick Oven were my favorite until I ate here. I will always come to Elizabeth's instead.

I'm always up for trying something new. So I took a recommendation right here. Just brought the pizza home from Vito's. Not what I ordered. No bacon as ordered. Unripe uncooked chopped salad deli tomatoes that fast food restaurants serve. And onions that I didn't order. There's nothing they are doing that you can't throw together yourself. Unimpressed is one thing. Extremely, extremely disappointed is another. I was going to go to Elizabeth's like I always do. I will from now on. I have that gross feeling in my stomach you can get from improperly prepared food, too. Don't get me wrong. Spotless store, I don't question the cleanliness. It's just that poor of a product at Vito's. But hey, I tried them, they filled my stomach, uneasy as it was I paid for convenience. My Good rating is for Elizabeth's Italian in Kernersville. I would give Vito's zero stars if I could.

Not a good experience. Took my family in to eat and the waitress left us sitting there without being served! We had a wonderful time when we were last there. We'll try again in another couple of years when she wont be there. No greeting or drink orders taken either. Very disappointed!

Well it's usually cold in there lol..food is average Italian. Little vitos pizza better.. But this is fine. Stay away from the meatballs! Could be a little more personable behind the register!!

One of the all time best. I love their pizza and garlic bread so does my family. Hope the restraunt stays
