East Forsyth High School is a learning center that is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The school serves students in grades 9 through 12. It provides English as a Second Language and exceptional student education programs. The school also conducts classes in life skills, business and technology education, and family and consumer science. It supports a range of sports activities that includes football, cheerleading, swimming, basketball, soccer, baseball, golf, tennis, softball, volleyball, cross country, wrestling, and track and field. East Forsyth High School operates student organizations, including the National Honor Society and Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. The school also offers yearbook, safety, interact, international and key clubs. Located in Kernersville, N.C., it additionally operates a parent-teacher-student association that supports educational and enrichment programs. East Forsyth High School is a part of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, which operates various elementary, middle and high schools.
