        Overall

        These people are the best! The installers show up on time and call when they are on the way. They are courteous and professional. The office staff is professional and helpful. They have installed shower doors for us twice. They have recently taken the doors down so we could have tile work done. They were so careful. Would recommend this company.

        We couldn't even get past the New Sales Person to get an apt. Took us two weeks to make the apt., as the sales lady Cindy did not respond to emails, which had our address, phone number and email address on it. So we finally called, she made several excuses as to why she didn't get back to us, and we made an apt. Come the day of the apt, they were a no show. So we called again, and Cindy said she forgot to write down our address and phone number, which we reminded her it was in her emails twice. We decided to go with someone else. If it is that hard to get an apt, then how hard will it be to actually get people here to work. She needs replaced. They were recommended to us, so we tried.
