        My coat was falling apart and over a year old which I bought from kòhls and didn't have a receipt, they had no problem whatsoever to give me an in store credit. Also one time I brought in expired coupons by accident and they honored them I was willing to go home, but they had no problem.

        I have been sitting on the phone waiting to be connected to a specific department for 20 minutes now. Their customer service, phone wise, is disappointing.
