Details of the Recommendation: "I found Kim randomly on an internet site, to help me with my wood flooring after a big flood at my condo. He came over right away. He impressed me right away with his expertise and knowledge and was very friendly. I had a very complicated wood flooring to fix and he was not intimidated by it at all. He did a magnificent job with the tear out and installation of my new wood floor! A few months later I had another flood and he was first person I called. Knowing how busy I was with working and school and living alone, he was so kind and he dealt with hiring and setting up the recovery team and then AGAIN installing another new floor! He dealt with my insurance company and everyone else. All I had to do was talk to him and he was the middle man for everybody else. It was an amazing experience working with him! I wish he lived in Indiana now, so I could hire him for my flooring! I would recommend him for any flooring job in an instant! Thank you Kim for such an amazing job well done! I can't begin to thank you enough!"
