Town Center Nissan

I was recommend by my boyfriend to buy my first car from them and I am happy I did I am in love with my new car and I got it for a amazing price!!

Hands down the best car buying experience. I was in the market for a specific car and they helped me get exactly what I been looking for.

I didn't purchase my Nissan Maxima at this dealership but they recently did work on my car. Ken was the service advisor and was extremely nice. I will come back!

This is the worst dealership!!! Do not trust them and especially do not use their service department. They do not know what they are doing!

We were on vacation and our truck started running rough. We looked on the web and found the closest Nissan dealership, which was the service center at Town Center Nissan. We had taken very good care of our vehicle (in fact, we had it serviced a week before we left on vacation) and we loved the truck. We were even planning on buying a new Nissan truck when this one needed to be retired.

Town Center Nissan misdiagnosed the problem as faulty ignition coils. After a $1200 repair the truck was still running rough and the next diagnosis was a blocked catalytic converter. They stated that they did not have parts on hand to replace the catalytic converter but they could just clear the blockage and it would be fine for us to continue to our destination and then return home where we could schedule the repair. They were wrong!!! What they did was ruin the engine and ended up costing us over $6400. When we confronted them, they told us it was not their fault. In our attempts to try and resolve the problem they have lied to the Nissan corporate office, changed their story many times, and just given us the runaround. Do not trust this dealership!

They have the worst customer service. I purchased a package of 3 oil changes I used 1. During that time I got into a car accident which resulted in my car being totaled. I went there to get my new car serviced and I was told that they couldn't help me since I don't have the same car. The guy was extremely unhelpful and very rude, I will never go there and I would caution people who do.

I have purchased 2 Nissan's from Aziz at Town Center Nissan and they have been absolutly great to deal with. They are never pushy and always give me and my family the best price and trade in allowance. The management staff is by far the best I've ever delt with and they gave me my first 2 sevices complimentary....Service dept is class act & no turn over it's all the same people. Kenny Grant has a great staff....100% recomend!

This is the best dealership that I have ever been to. All of the personnel are friendly and work to satisfy the customer. The dealership is clean and spotless. When you call ahead and give your name and tell them why you are calling - when you get there they know who you are as if you had been dealing with them for years. My family and I rented a Nissan Quest for a weekend and it was great. It was clean, washed and ready to go when we got there. Whether buying or renting - the hospitality is the same! I bought my 2011 Nissan Maxima from Town Center Nissan and my salesperson was Andre Browne. I was a bit apprehensive since this is my first car and I had been warned about car salesmen. Much to my surprise, Andre was less of a sales man and more a facilitator. I told him my budget and what I wanted; he listened and made recommendations. I ended up getting the perfect car for me. It was in my price range and actually had more features than originally desired. It was an extremely pleasant experience. I would recommend Town Center Nissan wholeheartedly. This is a first class dealership. I just bought a 2011 Maxima and I love it! My salesman was named Tom Andre and he truly was superb. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I would recommend asking for Tom if your shopping for a new/used car at Towncenter Nissan. One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in my life.

I just bought a new Versa from them and they are so wonderful! I got a great deal without having to haggle on the price. Everything was smooth and painless. I will recomend them to all of my friends and family.
