Had a wonderful experience the Dr and staff were so nice and friendly they explain everything. Make you feel so welcome the office visit went smooth and better than expected will be returning loved the service

Dr. Kay ran into quite a bit of difficulties with my crown and it was very stressful to me. However, she and her staff remained professional at each appointment and Dr. Kay took time to listen to my concerns. I appreciated her attitude and determination to make everything right. She has a great support staff, especially her assistant, Dee, who has an outstanding personality and she is very thorough and serious about her work. Awesome and Fantastic experience! I was very nervous and voiced my concerns. She and Dee, her wonderful, efficient and very friendly assistant listened to me (very important) and explained patiently (also equally important) what to expect. They both keep me calm and relaxed. The procedure went well and I did not experience any discomfort or had any problems afterward. I still need more work done. And my husband who accompanied me on my appointment decided to have a cleaning since they had an opening and will be returning to have work done too. He said he was very impressed. We felt comfortable in the facility and the environment was clean and sterile. Thanks, Dr. Kay and Staff. Great Job! I highly recommend this facility!

In November 2016, The Dentistry at Kennesaw Point submitted claims to Delta Dental for services they did not perform and they were paid well. The Dentistry at Kennesaw Point Dental Group admits to this, yet they, and Delta Dental continue to give us the run around the charges have not been rescinded. CUSTOMERS beware!!!

Dr K was able to do an emergency tooth extraction but the office management is horrible. I keep receiving notices for appointments that I have not made. I call and call and call the office about this but they keep coming. Normally it wouldn't bother me but I'm afraid they'll change a "No Show" fee if I don't keep calling. I'll never go back!

The office staff is very professional. Dr. Kay is very knowledgeable. They make sure you are well taken care of and comfortable during the entire dental experience.

Dr. Kay was very professional and thorough in her observations. She is very friendly and helpful as well. The front office staff is very nice and informative as well. Thank goodness I have come across this dental office. They took me in right away when I had a dental emergency. It is amazing how willingly they were going to take of me. I felt like I was in good hands here.

I was seen in Dr. Kay office about a month ago for an emergency apt. The front desk staff got me in right away. Dr. Kay was very nice and explained everything about my tooth...I do not have dental insurance and they worked out a payment plan for me that fit my budget...I'm very happy with Dr. Kay and staff and will be using them in the future for any other dental needs.

Everyone made me feel very comfortable with my situation. Very pleasant and friendly staff. I will recommend to others. :)
