    These people in the Kenner store won't…

    These people in the Kenner store won't answer their phones and can't even put an automation to some basic infomation about the store. In person I remember they used to be polite in greeting and acknowledging their customers, but not any more.

    need to answer the phone

    I enjoy spending my money at Sam's but it would be great if someone would answer the phone when a customer calls. I called this store in Kenner "no one answered" called the Metairie store "they did" I will be shopping at that store.
