        great service

        I have had nothing but good experiences with Jumpin Jo's. We have rented 3 times from them. They have handled us with nothing but professionalism and politeness. The units always arrive clean and on time. I think that other review must be from a competitor or something?!

        No Communication

        Called and made a reservation with Crystal and everything went smoothly...

        Called back to confirm the time week of with the delivery person and they tell me that they are booked and dont have any rentals for me....

        The attitude from Paul was ridiculous.... He basically didn't care and told me oh well we dont have a rental for you and he doesn't care what Crystal said....



        What kind of business is that????

        NEVER AGAIN!

        My kids are soo disappointed :(
