Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Service was good. Car was dirty, dented and scratched in several places. Interior smelled of smoke. Was not happy with Full Size car with this many issues. May go elsewhere if this happens again.

Their service is great but their product selection is a "bait and switch" scam. They had NONE of the vehicles their website describes as a Standard SUV and every alternative offering was a lesser grade vehicle (for the same price!).

There is no reason Enterprise cannot LIST what model vehicles are in inventory for each class so consumers will know what they should expect on arrival.

My family flew in late from San Francisco Bay Area the night before Thanksgiving holiday, I wanted to get over there before they closed at midnight. The agent behind the desk was very courteous and took care of my reservation immediately. I only say this because at other Enterprise locations it seems to be a hassle to rent a vehicle. My son and I were instructed to walk out to another office to pick up vehicle and after a short wait a nice gentleman asked us to pick out a vehicle. The choice wasn't the car that I reserved, but an upgrade to me and overall very happy with the service.

Enterprise always delivers! Courteous, helpful staff - get you on the road superfast!! I highly recommend them when you are in New Orleans

Service was great. My vehicle was ready for me when I got there. The only bummer was that the vehicle was dirty. There was dried mud on the exterior, and writing on one of the windows that was never washed off. There was also potato chip crumbs on the driver seat. So I had to take it to be cleaned, but other than that, I had an excellent experience.

I recently rented from Enterprise on a trip to New Orleans and they are 5 star service. Check in girl was very friendly and a it was quick. She told us where to pick up car and when we walked through the doors a very nice gentleman was already waiting for us and car was ready to go. When we returned the car it was quick and they had people there ready to retrieve the car without waiting. Over all very happy with the service Enterprise offers.

Enterprise is triple (AAA) rated in my book!

Booking was easy. Service at the counter was hassel-free. Personal touch on a choice of two vehicles. Excellent vehicle. Great gas milage. Easy check-in. No wait on the front-end or the back-end.

We arrived at MSY to pick up our car and after proving I had a reservation number they found me in the system. I reserved a Chrysler 200 and got a Nissan Sentra. BUT I was confused that the agent told me one price for the rental, but held $300 on my card. The shock came when I turned in the car in Slidell. This was noted when I made the on line reservation of a different drop off location. And I was floored when I was told I had to pay $40.00 for dropping in Slidell. Not one word of this when I rented. NOT HAPPY. I was told that is something they do for a different location drop off, why ?? They got their car back. You need to be up front about charges Enterprise.

Worked with me to accommodate my special needs. Kind and courteous staff. Breezed through check in and check out was done before i stepped out of the vehicle. Thank you Enterprise

When we arrived in New Orleans and started looking for Enterprise we didn't realize it was on the other side of the airport. It would have been nice to be picked up like they do at home in Houston, TX., other than that, the service was excellent as always. We had a wonderful time thanks mostly to Enterprise making it possible for us to get around. Car was impeccable and we had a full tank of gas! Again, great service.

I got checked in quickly. Did not have the car I requested and offered me two "muscle" cars instead of Luxury car. It took a while to get inside the garage to return the car as there was a line to get inside.



Had a discrepancy on my charges as they put an additional mileage charge for 152 miles on my card for $31.20. I drove less than 30 miles and brought back the car full of gas. Was not pleased and have not yet received a response on this issue.

Rental services were the fastest and friendliest by far. The pickup and drop off is the smoothest transactions I've ever experienced. Absolutely ��������������������service.

Enterprise at the NOLA airport was a breeze. Checked in right away and by the time I reached the lot, a guy was there waiting for me and walked me to my car. The car was clean and fully fueled so I was good to go. A very easy experience. Drop-off was even easier. I just drove up, grabbed my bags and walked off to the terminal. Great job, guys.
