Meet all expectations
Brain Dorsey was very professional, freindly and delivered on his promises. The crew that came and worked on the roof did an excellent job and were very friendly. The roof looks great and we are very pleased with the job. After they finished the roof they made sure everything was picked up and clean from the yard and driveway. I also got my gutters and screens done by them so it was very convient. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have your roof done.

We highly recommend Dorsey Construction Company because of a job well done. They put a new roof on our home and we are very pleased with the results. We found this company to be very trustworthy and competent. Everything was done exactly as agreed to. We appreciate Brian Dorsey's patience, who assisted us in finding the exact roofing we wanted. Highly Recommend this company!
I used Dorsey Roofing after a major storm did big damage to my roof. I noticed a water stain and leaking on my wall and called Dorsey. Derek came out and was very friendly and professional. He also noticed that my gutters had been dented in the storm by the hail and that I had some damage to my turbines. They did an excellent job on my roof and left NO MESS behind. They replaced my gutters and Derek personally came back to make sure that the damage on the interior of my house was fixed as well. It looked better than it did before. He also repainted my chimney where some of the wood had to be replaced from the storm damage. I highly recommend their company. They were professional, on time and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have asked for more.

Excellent Job
We had three roofing companies come to look at our house roof and storage buildings. The representative from Dorsey's Unlimited Construction was the most professional of the three. After looking at the roofs and talking with us, he suggested that we call the insurance company back and ask for a new insurance adjuster to meet him to look at the roofs. We did that and Dorsey's Unlimited Construction worked with our insurance adjuster to get a better insurance settlement. When the insurance company sent us the itemized report and check, we forwarded the report to Dorsey's Unlimited Construction and they accepted what the insurance would pay. A time was set up for the roofing to be done. The owner and representative came before the date to again look at the roofs and suggested a slight change in the type of roofing for the house and three of the storage buildings. They were also willing to put metal roofing we already had on one roof. Then the representative got back with our insurance company and the insurance company added an additional amount to the settlement. The work was on when it was scheduled, the crews were outstanding, the cleanup was excellent. We are so pleased to have found a company that does what it says it will do. We have nothing but praise for this company and are recommending Dorsey's Unlimited Construction to all of our friends and colleagues. It is rare today to find a company that goes above and beyond in customer service.
When we need another roof, Dorsey's Unlimited Construction will be the only company we will call. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roofing job. -
Roofing Excellance
Dorsey beat their competition in price and professionalism. It was comforting to us that they are rated "A plus" by the BBB and are members ingood standing with the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association. The roofing crew was fast and cleaned up very well. We are very happy with our beautiful new roof.

VERY PLEASED CUSTOMER
My husband and I desperately needed a new roof on our home. Many of our friends who have also used Dorsey's Unlimited Construction (and were very happy with the results) referred us to them. I called and the lady I spoke to was very very polite and helpful. The next day Brian Dorsey came out to look at our roof and assured us that they would get the job done. It wasn't even a week later and they were out their replacing our roof. Everyone there was so nice. We wouldn't choose another company if we had too. I'd definitely refer Dorsey's Unlimited Construction! Thank you guys for all your hard work!

VERY UNRELIABLE !!!!!!!!!!
I called up Brian Dorsey to come and look at my roof.
He came that same day, First RED FLAG !!!!!
After looking at my roof he gave me a quote and I said to him, if I pick your company when can you do my roof?
He said that he could do it later that week, 2nd RED FLAG !!!!
any company that can do the work that same week must NOT
have much work. I have found out the hard way. I had two RED FLAGS but didn't listern to my instincts.
I told Brian Dorsey that my wife & I were
concerned about the 4x8 sheets under the shingles as some of them were warped and we wanted them replaced if they
needed to.
He told us that his crew would strip all of our roof down to the bare wood and would replace any 4x8 sheets that needed replacing. He gave us his word and swore on a bible that
this would be done ...RIGHT. Well it wasn't done right they cut corners behind your back and do it the quickest & the cheapest way they can. They want to be done in ONE DAY and at the cost of the customer. They did go down to the bare wood but only on a small part of my roof. Not all of it. I have paid them thousands of dollars to do MY roof the way that I wanted it done.
Brian Dorsey assured me it would be done just as I wanted.
When I would call him up to complain he would hang up on me. NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They will not do it
RIGHT. IF YOU USE THEM YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY!!!!!

Mr. Waugaman Lets let the people hear the true story!!! Dorsey's crew of roofers removed the roof, removed the felt replaced 3-4 sheets of decking and installed a beautiful roof that Mr Waugaman and his wife both were very happy with. Mr Waugaman told the salesman that he did not want to pay the full amount because his neighbors did not pay that much...different roof different price,(duh) not the same roof. We also painted his chimney for free and did not charge him for decking replaced.. Mr Waugaman said he would only pay 7500.00 of the 10,000. that he owed so we took him to court and WON, that is why he is so upset. Sorry but thats how the system works Mr. Waugaman.

VERY UNRELIABLE
My Wife & I needed a new roof but
we were very worried about the 4x8 sheeting under the shingles. I told Brian Dorsey that I
wanted my whole roof stripped down to the bare wood so that his crew could inspect the wooden sheets. He absolutely assured me
that they would do this!!!! He swore on the bible!!! But THEY DIDN'T do this to the whole roof, just to a small part of it.
I trusted this guy after all I was paying
him THOUSANDS of dollars to do WHAT I WANTED DONE. I would never recommend
this company for any work. They use very
underhanded tactics, They say they will do whatever you want and then behind your back they CUT CORNERS!!!!!!!!! I would NOT
let them build me a DOGHOUSE!!!!!
That's how bad they are.
I would give them a 0 out of 10 and if I could I would give them a -10!!!!
Take it from me, one very unhappy
ex-customer of Dorsey's don't ever use them.
It seems Brian Dorsey has got me mixed up with another
unhappy customer. This makes two cutomers telling you NOT
to use Dorsey Construction. Brian Dorsey lied to me and he
will lie to you. AS for these other good reviews, I beleive
Brian Dorsey had his family and/or friends post them. If you are looking for a new roof from a professional company then
I would suggest that you do not take a chance with this
company, you will regret it. When Brian Dorsey came to my
house I heard him tell his foreman that he wanted this job done in one day!!!! There are plenty of roofing companys out there
so pick another more reputable company.

Awesome Roofing Co.
We needed a new roof from all of the hail & thunderstorms that Arlington as received over the past year. We didn't know who to call, so we just looked in the at&t yellow pages & Dorsey's roofing caught my eye. We called them to give us a bid & the owner came right out to give the bid. He was so down to earth & honest that we decided to use them. They came out the next week & it only took about 3 days to redo our roof. All of the workers were very professional & very considerate of our property. They did a great job & completely cleaned up our yard. We highty recommend this roofing company.
