They should call them the Stanley "No Service" Department! Made an appointment, dropped my truck off, and they called me 10 days later asking why my truck was there. Three months later, they called and said my truck was ready. When I went to pick it up, the batteries were dead and I had to wait over an hour while they fumbled around trying to get the truck started. They fixed the problem and replaced a spendy part that was working just fine before I took it it. The part they said they replaced, failed after 2K miles.
