Your employees completely disregarded a neighborhood NO SOLICITING sign and wasted over TWO HOURS of my disabled mother's time with your vacuum scheme. By the time they left, she was so exhausted that she couldn't walk. Now she's stuck with a 700 pound vacuum that neither of us can move or lift. I have a genetic problem that causes my joints to dislocate, and I literally dislocated my shoulder trying to push it out of the damn hallway.



I'd like the vacuum to be picked up IMMEDIATELY and the one your employees took to be DROPPED BACK OFF. Keep in mind that Creekside is a SOLICITATION FREE neighborhoods. If this matter isn't resolved when I call tomorrow, I will be reporting you to the BBB. As of tomorrow morning, I will be calling our HOA leaders so they can keep your employees from attempting to target the elderly, badgering them into a purchase for an overpriced, 700 pound piece of junk!!
