emile legeres office staff in keene nh totally ignores residents issues and when complaints are documented they never get to mr. legere himself. therefore no action is ever taken. when mr. legere was more hands on at his complexes is ran very smoothly. it is a shame and an embarrassment that they allow true trash to live in their complexes and turn a blind eye. they also allow people to live here who have had prior arrests and evictions and the police have already been at this complex twice for the same person and nothing is done about it.
