I've ordered a package on April 3 and it has arrived in this facility AND HAS BEEN IN PRESHIPMENT FOR 13 DAYS I WANT MY PACKAGE like wtf is taking so long. I've filed a complaint or something to USPS and they called my number and said the package still hasn't left NJ and im like I know that, that was my problem im wondering when it's going to leave... And this package was for my bday like wtf

Terrible, terrible service line is out the door half the time, the white guy who has been there the longest who should be the most professional, and the most efficient, is the worst to deal with in that branch

Packages are CONSTANTLY getting stuck there in Kearny for days and days, with delays on expected delivery! When customers call for explanation, there is either no answer, or no one knows what is going on!
If there were a rating for ZERO, that would be my rating! HORRIBLE!!!

Sent the same package to the wrong destination twice in a row! Damaged my e-bay seller rating with their incompetence >:-(
They have dozens of complaints, need to clean house.

Oh, So viele schlechte Bewertungen, ich hoffe das es Nicht zu lange Dauert. Diesmal ging ES von Deutschland sehr schnell. Wenn ich Pakete oder Briefe sendete Gingen sie sehr schnell Nur Einmal dauerte es 4 Wochen. Ich hoffe this Poststation nimmt Kritiken sehr ernst available Belobigungen can Ansporn sein. Ich habe leider Keinen einfluss darauf wo mein Paket landet, ideal für es in den USA ankommt. Sind es eben erst 2 Ta ge.

Awful service. This is the 4th time my package falls in this black hole. Unbelievable. See their FB page for the posts of workers and you'll understand why your packages are being delayed or lost.
Incompetent stuff, unqualified but unionized workers and disaster strikes...
Shame on USPS Inspectors. I have filed previous claims & they're not doing anything about this. Please try to avoid this location if you're sending a package.

As with many others, a package I ordered was shipped via USPS. Everything was going fine until it got to the Kearny, NJ facility. Tracking says "Your item arrived at our USPS facility in KEARNY, NJ 07032 on December 7, 2016 at 9:07 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

The expected delivery date was 12/9. Didn't come and the tracking info hasn't changed. My local post office said there is nothing they can do until it gets to them. Not looking good that it will ever make it out of Kearny.

Sold an item on ebay shipped it out to Utica Ny from Ct on July 15 and it is stuck in Kearny,NJ since Jul 18.It is now Aug 5.I will have to refund my customer so I am out the $ and the product.This place is a S-hole bottomless pit.Got in Jersey on 15 july left Aug 7 stuck for 3 weeks!

I just checked on a package from India and I see that it left this post office and went to Spokane Washington ??!! I live in Chicago lol once I read the reviews I know why...I hope I get it one day...

New member of the wtf? Pi**ed off USPS customer! My daughters birthday present got lost in Kearny this weekend. Was there on Sunday, ( I have tracking) Monday morning.....POOF!!! Tracking number is GONE!!!!! Going to my PO first to see if they can find it, then calling NJ. (I live in FL) things just don't get lost. After reading all these neg stories-seems maybe there's a bunch of thieves there. Will def be making calls to have this sorting facility investigated!!!!!! This is BS!!!!!! I encourage everyone to lodge a complaint with the Postmaster General's office against this facility. I'll be doing that today. I have checked other sorting facilities online, and this one had a much higher percentage of "missing" Mail!!

I ordered a package that arrived at this facility on March 12. It's been a month and I have not received any updates. Super frustrating!!!

OMG I read this negative comments I shipped 4/6/16 nd One of my friends suppose to get it on Monday 4/11/16 in Calumet city, il nd I hope my package don't get stuck in the black hole.

My package ALWAYS gets stuck at this post office in Kearny -- despite the fact that I have my items shipped 2-day priority. Because of there poor management of packages, my packages always take an ADDITIONAL two or more days to arrive than promised. The US Postal Service really needs to take a hard look at what they are doing wrong here. I have dozens of package tracking to prove it.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. 4 out of 5 packages get lost in the so called black hole of a sorting facility. I dread having any of my packages go through here because it literally takes 3-5 additional days to get to me and I'm in New Brunswick. I constantly see updates that my package has left Kearny and en route to final destination but sure enough, the next morning the package has returned to Kearny and scanned once again for departure, and so on and so on. It's a viscious cycle. They should just close down this facility. People just going to work in order to collect a paycheck with no sense of pride for a job well done.

My package has been there going on 3 days now... I don't understand why it takes so long with this office but it's ridiculous!

iif your packages have to go through this office you're delivery may be delayed for a week or longer, they just don't seem to know how to do their jobs.
