I give no stars to this shop. The most rude owner you will prob. ever deal with.

My friend ordered bridesmaids dresses from here and SHE called months later to just confirm and make sure everything was on track just to be told nothing was ordered. Apparently the dresses were "no longer available". Let me reiterate that the BRIDE had to call the SHOP to learn nothing had been done. No phone call had been made to her to let her know we had no dresses for her wedding that was to take place in a little over a month.

Terrible customer service.

I purchased a prom gown for my daughter at full price. The gown needed minor alteration to make the bodice fit better just by shortening the shoulder straps. Since we live more than 100 miles away, I simply engaged a local seamstress to do the work. When I picked up the dress, she showed me where the dress was heavily soiled around the neckline especially at the cleavage. She showed me a couple of small brown stains that looked like some liquid splashed on the dress when it was not being worn under the arm and on the back. She also said the stitches were popped in the area where she removed material during alteration. There was a small hole above the zipper. The dress didn't smell new either. The hem of the dress was not damaged so we assumed it was worn in a fashion show but not cleaned before being put back on the rack. Because of the time constraints we could not get the dress cleaned before prom.

I sent an email to the address on the website and it came back as a bad address so I called the shop and got the current email address. I sent a detailed description of the condition of the dress before my daughter wore it and have not received a response from Bridal Images in 10 days.
