        The lady at the front desk (who claims to be the owner and manager) is extremely rude. She over charged my credit card. When I called her, she hung up the phone on me twice. I’m still trying to get this resolved, she won’t let you speak with anyone else…. She’s rude, rude, rude!!! And to make things even worse the rooms are terrible... I had never received such bad service for anything; hotels, restaurants, flights, stores, etc. This experiance was a total nightmare!!!

        Horrible experience: dirty rooms, rude employees...

        This place is so horrible. I've never been to such a bad hotel in my entire life. The housekeepers just walk right in, don't even bother to knock. And I'm certain one of the housekeepers stole one of my child's christmas presents that was in the room. The housekeepers will just clean right under your feet, they don't care. I was sitting here eating when the housekeeper comes in and starts taking the food right off my table as I'm eating it.



        The owners, who I'm assuming live here as their room is right behind the counter, are completely rude and obnoxious. I had the furnace break and two lights go out during my stay. I was told to flip the breaker myself and move the bed myself to make sure the lights were still plugged in. Very very heavy beds, disregarding the fact that not only am I a paying customer but that I am also quite obviously pregnant. The whole building also went 8 hours without hot water because the owner didn't want to get a plumber until the last minute.



        There are also roaches here. BIG roaches. I've killed three of them myself. I also found rotten food in the fridge from a previous customer.



        And more with those ridiculous housekeepers! One morning the owner called my room to complain to me and threatened to charge my credit card $100 because my room was "dirty". Meaning I had both trash cans filled up and the beds weren't made. Really? Why do you even have housekeepers? What do they get paid for?



        I've never been treated so horribly in my life.



        Don't stay here. Pay a small amount more and stay at one of the other hotels along the road.
