Medistop Clinic

The Katy location is closed. And I only made an appointment just last week. I didn't receive an appointment confirmation call the day before - which was odd. When I went today, the doors were locked, lights were off, packed boxes in the lobby and the office phone was disconnected.

Yes this is in regards to the medistop clinic ARSHAD UMER, MD my pcp. The office is very un organized and very very unproffessional. The lady sharvanna or something like that is very lazy and never followed through with verifying my insurance the day she scheduled me. When i got to my appointment i still had to wait 45 minutes ! The lady at the front did not care at all and just looked at me and said you just want to reschedule? Also after i got labs i was told i would get my referral to the dermatologist and i never got one. When i returned to the doctor to get lab results still no referral, and even a call midweek no referral! The lady was so rude she asked me why is it so urgent, and my response was because i am loosing hair that is why! Finally i demanded a diagnosis and referral and doctor called me back at my work. He was so incredibly rude and spoke over me constantly. He barely gave me the referral! I do not appreciate being treated this way when i am loosing hair and there is no real concern for the patients there.
